Blue Bliss offers a Bali inspired experience across a three bedroom house and additional three self-contained studio cabins, all located just a few minutes stroll to the pristine white sands of beautiful Belongil Beach in Byron Bay.
For those larger groups, Blue Bliss offers flexibility of stay as it can be booked as the whole property sleeping up to 13 guests, or individually as the house and/or studios for smaller groups or extended stays.
Blue Bliss is centrally located in tranquil tropical gardens and surrounded by a State Forest with rainforest streams and waterways. The setting is one of serenity and outstanding natural beauty, with world class beaches and protected marine parks at your fingertips.
The property is ideally situated at the end of a private no-through-road, just 6 minutes stroll from the centre of Byron Bay and award winning restaurants, cafes and tourist venues. Stay and enjoy a variety of arts and entertainment venues, cinemas, local produce and craft markets, world famous festivals and circus facilities.
Bombora House
Bombora House offers the convenience of a self contained, three bedroom house with large outdoor deck areas and relaxation zones. Enjoy cooking up a culinary delight in the modern kitchen with European appliances, as well as large granite benchtops and stainless steel food preparation areas. This space also acts as a large open plan lounge and dining area for guests to enjoy.
As as well as the living area downstairs, a spacious bedroom with ensuite is also provided as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, shared bathroom, and additional lounge area with TV. *Please note that there is no internal access to the bedrooms from the main living room.
Self-contained studios
There are three self contained studios available which each offer a queen bed, custom built couch, TV, DVD, ensuite, and small kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, kettle and a toaster. They also offer a tranquil rear balcony overlooking a beautiful reserve. These studios are perfect for couples or grandparents that need their own space on an extended family holiday.
The studio apartments have their own driveway and are linked to the house via an undercover boardwalk providing privacy for an extended group.
The laundry is located underneath the studios to be shared by all guests and provides a washing machine and dryer.

- No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
- Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be arranged directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals. Additional fees and T&C's apply.
- Schoolies permitted at this property for suitable groups. All bookings must be approved directly by a member of APS staff after the schoolies terms and conditions have been discussed and accepted. See Terms and Conditions for more info.
- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
