The room has a reverse cycle air conditioner, keeping the temperature right year-round.

The home is conveniently located walking distance to cafes and boutiques on Ormond Road (200m) in Elwood Village, with dog-friendly Elsternwick Park (300m) just around the corner. Cocomo is also a gentle stroll to Elwood Beach (650m), where guests can link with a coastal walking path that follows the bay. The Hotham Street / Brighton Road tram stop is a 1km walk from the property, which connects through to Flinders Street Station in Melbourne’s CBD (11km).

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $400 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
