Ocean View at Kiah is a luxurious, 3 bedroom villa located poolside in the award winning Kiah Beach House complex. It is just a short 7 min walk into Byron's town centre and only a few minutes' walk through to the beach. No expense has been spared in this gorgeous property with unique art pieces, lush lounges, high quality bedding and a chef's kitchen.
The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge that opens out onto a large deck surrounded by well established tropical gardens overlooking the 20 metre pool in the complex. There is one bathroom downstairs and the bunkroom which features a double down the bottom and a single on top. This bedroom features a flatscreen TV and and cool bean bags to relax in.
There are a further 2 bedrooms upstairs; a king size master bedroom with ensuite and bathtub and a second bedroom that can be configured as twin singles or a king. There is also another bathroom on this level. Both upstairs bedrooms have ocean views through the coastal vegetation.
Ocean View at Kiah is fully air conditioned and both upstairs bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The villa offers complimentary wifi and features a quality entertainment system including an LG audio system with ipod dock to relax to on those nights in. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a coffee pod machine for those coffee lovers out there. There is an undercover carpark at the Kiah complex and security gates meaning children are safe within the grounds.
There are 2 car spaces available for guests, one is under ground in the garage, and the other is an off-street space.

- No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
