Living, Dining and Cooking
Saltwater’s combined living and kitchen area catches the eye the moment you step inside - highlighted by striking timber paneling, and mid-century vintage-styled furniture, as well as bi-fold doors that open up to the handsome verandah space. Guests can choose to dine around the island bench that takes centre stage in the impressive kitchen, or head outside to the family sized dining suite on the verandah which sits nearby a gas BBQ. The property also includes a desk space just off the main living area.
The self-contained studio is designed with a kitchenette - which includes an oven and fridge - plus a private lounge area for kicking back.
Sleeping
The central part of the home features 3 spacious bedrooms, including the peaceful main bedroom. This delightful room boasts a lovely ensuite, and is beautifully placed at the rear of the property, allowing guests to step outside to the attractive garden.
The final guest bedroom is situated in the connected studio apartment, which impresses with its own living area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, as well as a private patio and lawn area.

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $2000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
