Sea Breeze at Port offers a dining table for 4 people located between the kitchen and lounge area to keep the conversation flowing throughout the apartment.

A cleverly designed, fully equipped but compact kitchen features all cookware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils for 4 people. There is a Miele electric oven, a 4-gas burner stove, dishwasher, microwave oven and a full sized refrigerator. A complimentary selection of tea and coffee, and milk is provided on arrival.

The master bedroom offers flexible bedding options with a king bed that can be split into 2 singles if required. With luxurious carpet underfoot and a double built-in robe no detail has been overlooked. Black out curtains are available to shut out light for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Off street parking is offered in the stacker car park (training will be provided prior to use). Stacker dimensions are as follows:

Seabreeze at Port is conveniently located only 250 meters from the beaches of Port Phillip Bay whilst still being part of the city fringe with Melbourne CBD being only 3km away. Direct public transport into the city, via tram and bus, is only 250 metres away. The lively suburb of Port Melbourne is renowned for its vibrant restaurant and pub scene all of which are also just moments away. For exercise enthusiasts a number of walking and cycling tracks line the bay with stunning views across the water. Tullamarine airport is 27km away.

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $400 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
