Su Casa is a vibrant and spacious 2 bedroom cottage located within a short walk to Byron Bay’s beautiful beaches, unique shopping precinct and its many delectable cafes and restaurants.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds, with the main bedroom also featuring an ensuite, while the second bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom and toilet.
The cosy lounge room can be closed off with sliding glass and timber panelled doors. The lounge features a large flat-screen tv, comfortable couches and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The kitchen, with all the mod cons, overlooks the dining room which has been wallpapered in a quirky geometric design for a funky effect. The kitchen dining and lounge rooms all look out to the tropical garden and lawn which surrounds the house. An outdoor setting - complete with BBQ - is also situated in the garden to maximise the glorious Byron Bay weather.
Full laundry facilities are also provided with cool, sanded hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The attractive garden provides dappled sunlight through the trees and privacy from the road.
No need for a car - Su Casa is located within a 5 minute walk to Byron’s Main Beach, shops, restaurants, pubs, and famous spa houses - including Buddha Gardens Day Spa, located just down the road.
This property is pet-friendly, however, it is not fully fenced. Please advise us at the time of booking if you intend on bringing a pet with you.
If you have another group wanting to stay close enquire about our sister property next door called Mi Casa, which sleeps 7. There's a gate that joins the properties for easy access.

Booking Information
- Group restrictions - maximum of 4 adults at the property.
- Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
- No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
- Schoolies permitted at this property for suitable groups. All bookings must be approved directly by a member of APS staff after the schoolies terms and conditions have been discussed and accepted. See Terms and Conditions for more info.
- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
