Hidden in a tropical eco community estate, Treetops at Seacliffs is a peaceful and serene holiday house that’s a family delight.
The double-storey, architecturally designed home features an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that leads out to an internal courtyard - complete with a swimming pool (not heated), entertaining and BBQ area, and a tropical garden.
This 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury beach house sleeps up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults), and boasts a games room with pool table and table tennis, and a media room. Downstairs, there’s also a separate studio (no internal access) that’s equipped with a queen as well as a sofa bed, plus a lounge, dining table and an ensuite bathroom.
Treetops at Seacliffs is an entertainers paradise. The home includes an impressive kitchen with white stone bench tops, as well as a relaxing lounge area that features a 65" Smart TV. Here, you can kick back with a movie, or connect to the music system and pour a glass of your favorite beverage! The property is designed with wide sliding doors that open out to an expansive deck that includes a BBQ and outdoor dining and lounge seating.
Treetops at Seascliffs is located in a very private, expansive, and safe eco-community estate at the back of Suffolk Park. Kids will love to play and explore around the house - there's even a waterfall at the back of the property with freshwater crayfish!
The property is a short 2 minute drive to beautiful Tallow Beach - one of Australia’s best beaches - and a 10 minute walk to Suffolk Park shops, where you’ll find groceries and restaurants, as well as a bakery and pub. Byron Bay’s town centre is also just a 5 minute drive from home.

A powder room with toilet and single vanity is also available on the upper level.

Treetops at Seacliffs includes a washing machine and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board.

At Treetops at Seacliffs, you can easily walk to everything you need, with dining, shopping, groceries, and entertainment close by at Suffolk Park. Much-loved Tallow Beach is also nearby - a stunning beach, and famous stretch for surfers with great waves.

- Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be arranged directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals. Additional fees and T&C’s apply.

- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
