Villa Coco is neatly designed with the sleeping quarters to one side of the property, and the living, cooking and dining spaces occupying the rest of the home, providing dedicated sections for guests to entertain and unwind.
The property includes a cosy living room, as well as an outdoor sitting space - both styled with matching coffee tables and sofas. Guests can also choose to dine inside or out with family sized suites positioned next to the kitchen and on the deck, allowing flexibility no matter the weather.

Located in a beautiful eco-reserve in Suffolk Park - 5km south of Byron Bay - Villa Coco is ideal for family holidays. Tallow Beach is located 2km from your doorstep, while guests can load up on shopping essentials or grab a bite to eat at nearby Suffolk Park (1.7km). The much-loved townships of Bangalow (13km) and Lennox Head (15km) are a short scenic drive away, while for golf lovers, Byron’s 18-hole championship course is a mere 2.2km from the property.

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
